It's another 1940s WW2 movie, The Mask of Dimitrios (1944).
At some point, people figured out that Peter Lorre and Sydney Greenstreet were a lot of fun together in movies, so they made some! This one could have used some more scenes with the two of them, but they're great when they are playing off each other. The rest of the show has a slow start and relies on flashbacks too much for my taste, but it all comes together well. I know Dad enjoyed these two performers, so it's natural that he'd have this film in his collection.
